- Exit stairways enclosed with fire-resistant walls, doors and doorframes consistent with applicable codes
- Established fire lanes obstructed
- Sprinkler valves not labeled or accessible
- Flammable items hanging from ceiling
- Liquefied petroleum gas not stored per Reference Standard
